Founder
Founder and Chairman, he has decades of experience in financial services. He was Head of the Treasury Department at a major bank in Ticino. His path as an independent entrepreneur began at the beginning of the new millennium when he perceived the opportunities offered by the international financial center and decided to pursue a vision of technological innovation and excellence.
Avv. Claudio Simonetti

Swiss lawyer and notary born in 1963. He graduated in Law from the University of Neuchâtel in 1986 and specialized as a lawyer in 1988 and as a notary in 1989. In 2009, he co-founded and became a partner at a renowned legal and notary office in Lugano, where he continues to provide high-level legal counsel. He is an active member of the Bar and Notary Association of the Canton of Ticino and the Swiss Federation of Lawyers and Notaries. His linguistic proficiency in Italian, French, English, and German enables him to assist international clients. His areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, labor law, inheritance and estate planning, real estate, and notarial services. His reputation as a talented lawyer and his integrity make him a prominent figure in the Swiss legal landscape, capable of providing personalized and competent advice to a diverse clientele.

Tiziano Brianza

Swiss citizen born in 1956, he holds a degree in economics from the University of Lausanne, as well as a Masters and Ph.D. in economics from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. After professional experience in investment banking in New York, London and Zurich, where he also worked in private banking, he was General Manager of a private bank in Lugano.
Ignazio Leonardi

He has worked with founder Enzo Filippini for more than 10 years. After attending compulsory school in Ticino and obtaining his professional school-leaving certificate, he moved to Zurich and worked in a bank for 10 years. First, in information technology (stock exchange sector) and later in the currency and investment departments, and always with continuous in-house training. After his work experience in Zurich, he returned to Ticino and continued his professional training, obtaining a federal accountant’s diploma and becoming a certified accountant and real estate trustee. Since 2004 he has been co-owner of a fiduciary firm and since 2016 Mayor of Bedretto.
